ELECTRONIC REPAIR

We repair all industrial electronic equipment down to the component level such as: diodes, resisters, capacitors, transistors, op-amps, voltage regulators, etc. We use the most advanced test equipment available in the industry. Items that we repair include:

SERVO MOTOR REPAIR

We completely diagnose and refurbish your servo motor by replacing parts such as: seals, bearings, damaged shaft, armatures, encoders and resolvers. If shaft is damaged, we will machine the shaft to manufacturer's specs. If the encoder needs to be replaced and is not available from the manufacturer, we will repair it down to the component level. We fully run all motors with our advanced test equipment.

HYDRAULIC REPAIR

We repair all hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, motors and actuators from most manufacturers. We replace seals, bearings, fluids, and resurface as needed to assure that there are no leaks. We test for back leakage, vibration, pressure and proper function of the unit before we ship equipment back to our customers.

REPAIR PROCESS

Receive and Evaluate: Fill out a packing slip online. Ship us your equipment for repair evaluation. (Free pickup & delivery within 100-mile radius of our facility) Once item is received and logged into our database, we issue a unique barcode specifically for your unit. A technician performs an evaluation and produces a list of parts necessary to complete your project. You will receive an estimate via email or fax. We will also contact you to confirm that you received the repair estimate. No work will be performed prior to your approval.

Approval and Repair: After we receive your approval for the estimate, the repair process begins. A technician is assigned and begins the necessary repairs. We troubleshoot down to the component level using industry leading testing equipment. If we suspect any other components are not up to specifications, we will replace for the quoted price. We use the most effective test equipment so that your unit receives the most accurate testing. After the unit has been repaired, it is thoroughly cleaned and degreased. The unit will then be ready for you to install in your machine.

Shipping: We use anti-static shipping supplies on all UPS, DHL and Fedex shipments. We build custom crates for all of our freight shipments to ensure that your equipment is protected. Large items are bolted and strapped down on the inside of the custom crate.
