Packing Slip
1.Print/Fill out packing slip
2. Send us your items that needs to be repaired
3. We will evaluate - quote - and fax you a approval quote sheet
4. When we get the approval for the repair - you will receive your equipment back within 7-10 business days Repaired & Tested unless we have problems with getting the parts to repair your equipment. If its going to be longer than 10-days, you will be notified by one of our IES sales associates.
5. Rush repairs are available
6. Non-repairable items will be sent back to you or we can scrap the items here at our location for no additional cost.
